Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Reservation Your reservation is confirmed once it has been created on our website and confirmed by us. Confirmation and trip details will be sent via email.

 

Payment No advance payment is required. The fare is paid in the vehicle at the end of the trip (in Euro, USD, or TL at the current exchange rate; cash or card).

 

Cancellation and Changes To cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at reservation@goroyaltransfer.com or via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the trip. Since no prepayment is required, no fees will be charged in the event of a cancellation.

 

Our driver will wait 45 minutes for passengers who are not present at the specified pickup location and time. If contact cannot be established by the end of this period, the reservation will be considered canceled. The user(s) will be permanently

 

banned from our system. Flight Tracking For airport pickups,

 

your flight is tracked; pickup is arranged according to your landing time. In the event of flight delays, the first hour is free; an additional fee of ten euros applies for every subsequent thirty minutes.
